Clients are responsible for making their own final bookings, checking all travel details, ensuring passports and visas are valid, and complying with all travel requirements.
3. Third-Party Providers
Flights, hotels, transport, visa services and other travel-related services may be provided by third parties. The Umrah Advisory is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or failures of third-party providers.

Where possible, we provide direct booking links or transparent cost information. Our aim is to maintain clarity and avoid hidden markups.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Consultancy fees may be non-refundable once work has begun. Any refund or cancellation request will be considered based on the work already completed and the circumstances of the request.

We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but travel rules, visa requirements, hotel policies, airline conditions and local regulations may change. Clients should always verify important details before booking or travelling.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Umrah Advisory shall not be liable for losses arising from travel disruptions, visa issues, supplier failures, delays, cancellations, changes in government rules, or any matter outside our reasonable control.
